BlocFit is a high-intensity boxing fitness class led by alumni of The Bloc—youth and alumni trained from our boxing program and are now certified to coach you.Each class delivers real boxing technique, serious cardio, and a powerful purpose. The classes run for one hour each.
- Group classes, Monday–Thursday at 9AM, 12PM, and 7PM
- Saturday classes at 9AM and 2PM
- High-energy stations, real skills, and full-body conditioning
